Hey everyone. Welcome back to the place we're testing every single gloves that I can get my hands on. Today we're looking at the heavy duty premium Ni Disposable Govs by Lanin. Okay, weird name, too many hands. Tara is going to open that up for me. So you can see here that there's no funny business. We got this directly from Amazon. We did order a medium and is this a medium? Oh, medium came perfect. What she's going to do is cut a little sample out of this thing and we're going to take that sample called a dogbone. Chris is going to put it on this fancy machine behind me. We're going to stretch the heck out of that until it breaks and let you, the fine folks behind the screen enjoy this. I mean, if you guys are having fun with this video, these types of videos, I don't know, have you seen sports? I've heard good things. I'm just saying, I mean, I know that breaking gloves is fun.
It's the most fun I have all day.
Okay, I can barely get this glove on. Look at this. See the little fingers? Come on. I'm going to do the wince test here. Oh, it's actually, oh, now they're coming on. Oh, that's really strong. That was strong. Oh, we're done with the dog bone. This is the dogbone here. Here we go. Sir. That was a strong glove. I got to say. Probably top, top 10%. Oh, that's weird. Kind of fell apart though when I was doing that.
Oh, alright.
It kind of has a weird feeling to it though, doesn't it? I don't know. Maybe it's just the thickness of it. It says that it's, oh, it has powder in it
Looks like, oh whoa,
That smell. Whoa. Oh, I can't stop smelling it.
It's horrible.
It's like if Nitro was a person, this is their feet. It's nitro feet. So this was manufactured in October, 2022. So it is a bit old and
It's
Doing that ISO 3 74 again, which we don't really know what that is. Alright. Alright. So we're taking that sample and we are stretching it until it breaks. When the break happens, you're going to see this line go down on the computer and that tells us where the glove sample failed. Now we would like to see this, since it's an older glove, typically we want to see above 500%, but if it's an older glove, it's going to be between four and 500%. If it's meeting American standards, they're not claiming American standards. We're going to hold to that. We also want to see the tensile strength above 14.
Alright.
It's thinking about it. It's thinking about it. There it goes. It's the most fun you get to have all day.
It is. It's exciting to see where it comes out of the
Graph. This is your sports. Okay, I see it's right in the middle, right? Oh no, it's low. Yes. Oh, it's pretty good. So it's right down here, 40%. Yeah, that's good. So the lower the better. Typically if you come out of the gate low, you can last longer. Let that be a lesson to young kids out there. Okay. 400%. So it made standard and it's climbing rapidly. It is
Getting very steep, but I think it'll go
Five. You think it's going to, oh, right before five. Alright, so we hit 495% 0.01, almost 500%, but really old glove, about a year old, so it definitely hit that standard and a tenile strength of 31.881. Alright guys, thank you so much for watching. Appreciate your time and attention on this premium. Nitro Lanin heavy duty glove, which it was heavy duty. I think it's the box. It's a very weird box. It's beat up and I wouldn't buy this glove, but I don't have a good reason for it. Just doesn't feel right. But if the price is right, I would recommend it. Alright, thank you so much for watching and I'll catch you on the next test.
