Hey, everyone. Welcome back to the place we're testing every single mask on Amazon, even ones with 74 reviews. We are scraping the bottom here, but I do it for the people. Time to get your Gangrong on. That's right. GRZ, we are testing you in my house. This is actually not my house, by the way. That would be weird if I had all this stuff in my house. If I had all this stuff in my house, I would really question my sanity.

Whoa, did you see this? This is the second time... Okay, this is the second time I've seen individual packaging for KN95s. And it was right after another one. And, it's just very... It's very satisfying. Taxily satisfying. I don't hate these bags. I mean, this is not the worst thing that I've seen. All right. Let's let's get our Gangrong on. What does that mean? What does it mean?

No one knows what it means, but it's provocative. Got to give the people what they want. Oh, wow. Okay. Okay. We are getting our Gangrong on. Dude, this? This is exciting. I'm excited. I am actually excited. It's four o'clock and we are about to test the shit out of this thing. I think this is a real KN95 mask, which is like, what? The second or third one?

It takes a lot to get me excited. Clearly. Let's look at this. All right. What is happening? What is happening? All right. So first of all, we've got the ASMR masks here and they're all individually... Which wastes a lot of plastic, granted, but it's really nice from a sanitary point of view. And look at this. I don't know what all this means, but if you've got a bunch of letters and stuff on your mask, it seems very legit.

So this one says particulate filtering half mask, Model GR200. It's got the manufacturer name and then... Oh, okay. These are not KN95s. This is a CE, which is a European standard. And I think it's legit. It says the EN149 FFP2. So this is actually an FFP2. It's not a KN95. So, one point of fact here. They actually are saying on the listing that it's a KN95, and it's a KN95 style mask.

But saying that it's a KN95 means that it's being held to KN95 standards, which this probably is because the European standards, I think, are higher. And it seems like they're doing all of the European standards on here. I'm looking at the airflow resistance. It's 156 pascals. That's pretty breathable.

I've got the manufacturing name on there. That's pretty good. Let's try the... Oh, come on. Oh we got Gangronged. Oh man. What a let down. Those ear loops are horrible. Oh, that's the worst ear loops of the day, for sure. Right? Let's do the smell test. What the actual fuck. Oh my God. It's so bad. Oh, oh. It's ammonia. It's ammonia. It's the thing... It's the smell that you smell right before the villain in the movie makes you pass out. That's what this is.

That is really bad. Oh man. Gangrong, you had me going and then the ear loops and then this. Ugh. I mean, at least, as a consolation here, you did pretty well. I mean you did pretty well. 99.650. That's a really high filtration. But there are other masks. There are just other masks, other fish in the sea, when it comes to choosing a mask and I wouldn't choose this one. But, had a lot of good points from a technicality standpoint.

The GRZ (Gangrong) FFP2 particle-filtering flat-fold mask passed our particulate filtration efficiency machine test with a score of 99.65%. A defining characteristic of N95 and N95-style masks is they have either head straps or head ties (no ear loops).

Mask breathability is determined by airflow resistance, which we measure in pascals. The target for adults should be around 150, and the target for children should be close to 100. The airflow resistance of this mask is 156.

This mask has a very strong ammonia odor. FYI: the FFP2 distinction is a European standard. A FFP2 mask is very similar to a N95 and is a step up from a surgical mask.
